Finance Manager

Finance Manager with strong leadership skills

Are you a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a keen business acumen? 
Do you have experience in production companies and proficiency with SAP? 
If so, you could be our new Finance Manager!

This role is ideal for you, if you are ready to take responsibility for our finance and administration department while leading a great team of colleagues. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future, working closely with our Managing Director (MD) and the management team to drive strategic growth. To succeed, you will need proven leadership skills, experience in an international organisation utilising SAP, and fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish.

Role summary

As the Finance Manager, you will lead our Finance and Administration, reporting directly to the MD and forming part of the management team. Your focus will be on the continued digitalisation and streamlining of processes in and around SAP and Power BI while executing our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with our CFO based at the BITZER Headquarter in Germany on reporting. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in finance, including controlling, transfer pricing, and liquidity management.
  • Drive continued digitalisation and process optimisation within SAP.
  • Expand business intelligence reporting to support organisational insights and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on compliance and reporting.

Qualifications and experience

  • Relevant academic degree (e.g., Master’s in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent) and expertise in finance and controlling within a production environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and experience with profitability analysis, forecasting, business controlling, and business intelligence.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish.
