Position overview

As Managing Director at W. Domino A/S, you will lead our journey toward becoming a top name in

sustainable agricultural solutions for the pig and cattle industry. Your role will be to drive

ambitious strategies that fuel growth, enhance profitability, and innovate within the industry. As a

visionary leader, you will challenge conventional approaches by inspiring the team with your

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for a leader with:

• A degree in business, technical studies, agriculture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the agricultural equipment industry, especially in the pig sector, with a track record of success.
• Proven experience in financial management and budgetary oversight.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful actions.

 

Skills and competencies

• Financial acumen: An in-depth understanding of financial decision-making with an eye on long-term impact.
• Commercial skills: Experience engaging with customers and distributors, with a strategic approach to negotiation.
